Responsibilities Business Brokerage: build relationships with small business owners, help prepare businesses to be confidentially listed, and act as the relationship manager for buyer screening, offer, due diligence, and closing processes. Franchise Consulting: assist prospective franchise buyers in finding and purchasing the right franchise based on wants, skill sets, financial ability, and earning expectations, leveraging partnerships with hundreds of franchisors. Franchise Development: help outstanding local businesses grow by becoming franchisors. Collaborate with a team-based approach and support functions including marketing, lead generation, administrative support, initial training, ongoing career development, and team-based client support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or other advanced degree preferred. Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to: Business Brokerage, Franchising, Franchise Ownership, Insurance Sales, Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, Real Estate, Financial Advisory, CPA, CFP, Attorney, Small Business Owner, Engineering, Project Management, General Management, Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, and related fields. High competency with technology, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. Ability to solve problems independently and creatively; strong organizational skills to monitor multiple ongoing deals, clients, and prospects. Discretion in handling client communications and a professional, polished image. Self-management and ability to work as part of a community-oriented business. Employment Details Job Type: Commission Income: $200,000.00 per year (Commission Basis, No Cap) and unlimited earning potential; additional bonus opportunities and management possibilities.
