Open to remote within the US Job Summary This position is an exciting new role responsible for leading external and internal communications, content marketing, brand strategy and social media for Henry Schein One. The leader will build and manage a team of individuals who together drive awareness for and engagement with the Henry Schein One story. The role serves as the key liaison for press, industry analysts, and other key influencers for Henry Schein One, while partnering with parent company Henry Schein, Inc. on our media and press strategy. The role will lead and manage a team to develop our company narrative, build external brand awareness, and support our overall communications strategy. What you will do Enhance and execute on Henry Schein One's company narrative and external brand strategy to educate customers, promote products, and increase brand awareness Partner closely with Executive team to ensure close alignment on consistent corporate messaging and branding across all channels Develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to develop, organize and deliver public relations efforts to create community interest, awareness, understanding and support of Henry Schein One's vision Maintain a crisis communications preparedness plan Develop and support Henry Schein One's corporate announcement strategy Oversee social media and community management Lead compelling thought leadership and content to drive perception of company as a leader in the dental and oral health community Build and execute an internal communications strategy that advances the key priorities of the business and builds the Team's belief and confidence in the company's overall value proposition. Develop customer communications to inform of new and upcoming operational successes. Develop internal communications strategy and related content for key internal announcements, events, and initiatives. Create and manage overall narrative, messaging, brand positioning Provide direct communications support for the CEO and executive management of Henry Schein One Qualifications Must have: Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience. Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Broad and unique range of professional skills with an expert understanding of industry practices Outstanding proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures Expert planning/organizational skills and techniques Expert independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills Outstanding interpersonal skills Outstanding conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages Use skill and influence to develop company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways Excellent negotiating skills Strategic planning skills Project management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budget Expert in multiple technical and/or business skills Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations Recognized in the industry as an expert Strong financial skills Nice to have: Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications. The posted range for this position is $135,000 - $216,720 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 20% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
