Orange County based live production company is seeking individuals experienced in live event Project Management to join our team.

McNally Enterprises Incorporated is a full service production company located in the heart of Southern California. We provide production services for over 300 events each year on a local, national, and international level. As a full service production company we integrate and utilize our skills in 5 production disciplines; scenic, staging, audio, video, and lighting, to provide a seamless and well executed production experience in all that we do. Our production capabilities are well known throughout the industry, providing for events such as the Grammy Awards, WIF awards, E3 convention, Comic Con, the Espy Awards and hundreds of other events; large and small.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop new sales and business opportunities within the live event and experiential event industry. Event types include: Concerts, Fashion Shows, Trade Shows, Corporate Events, Political Events, Brand Activations, Retail Events, and Permanent Installs.
• Foster new business leads through business development and leveraging existing client relationships.
•Visit job sites to ensure overall client satisfaction and to further develop client rapport.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Understand client needs and present tailored production solutions that meet their event goals and budget
• Work closely with project management and event execution teams to ensure a seamless hand off of projects
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Represent MEI at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Communicate and respond to client needs during and outside of regular business hours.
• Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Applicants should have at least three years of sales experience in live event, experiential, or other event related fields.
• Hold strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with clients at a high level in person, on the phone, and in written forms of communication.
• Have knowledge of lighting, audio, video, staging, rigging, custom fabrication, and printing best practices and principles.
•Familiarity with generating quotes and creative decks for client pitches. Utilizing company quoting software and google workplace
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with an ability to track multiple projects and client needs at once.

• 8 hour shift
