Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - DIRECT HIRE

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

• Shift: 3/Nights - 6:30pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule
• Pay: $38.33 with a $0.50 shift differential.
• If candidates pass a dual skilled trades test they can earn $39.99.
• Employees enjoy a quarterly site bonus based on performance, with the potential to earn up to 10%.
• After 90 days, employees receive 120 hours of vacation time, prorated by start date.
• The company offers a competitive 401k matching plan and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Employees also receive a yearly tool allowance.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of various equipment and systems. You will work on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, fans, 100 horse power pumps, packing equipment, robots, feeding equipment, and bucket elevators. You will also be tasked with completing a preventive maintenance schedule and daily rounds, as well as project work involving conduit, sensors, and equipment installation. Your expertise will be vital in working with 480v and 3-phase systems, and you will need to read blueprints and schematics. You will be part of a team of seven electricians.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service conveyors, motors, gearboxes, fans, pumps, and other equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to a set schedule.
• Handle project work including conduit, sensors, and equipment installations.
• Work with 480v and 3-phase electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate with a team of seven electricians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80766.00 - $80766.00/yr.

They have a site bonus. It is based on quarterly performance. They can earn up to 10%. After they have been with the company 90 days they earn 120 hours of vacation time. This is prorated depending on start date. Company puts 4.5% percent guarantee and matches 3% into 401k. If employee puts in 5% the company will match 4% on top of that. Blue cross Blue Shield for the health insurance, Cigna for dental insurance, VSP for vision, and yearly tool allowance.
