Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90064

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll for ~10,000 employees using UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group).
• Maintain payroll records, including employee hours, deductions, and benefits data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related questions.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a multi-state environment.
• Proficiency with UKG payroll systems or similar platforms.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Wednesday, approximately 24+ hours per week.
• Duration: 6 months October through March

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $32–$38/hour, commensurate with experience.
