Process Operator Tasks & Duties

• Monitor production equipment and processes for dietary supplement manufacturing to best understand opportunities for improvement.

• Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure alignment from all departments and timely implementation.

• Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain to utilize and implement best practices for the use of the ERP system throughout the production process.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues in a timely manner.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Participate in safety and compliance audits, as well as team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Process Operator Shift Info

• Day Shift, 5:00am to 3:30

• Monday - Friday

Process Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Process Operator experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

• Experience in a manufacturing or process technician role

• Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations in manufacturing.

• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

• Very strong computer skills related to use of ERP system and establishment of dashboards to monitor production efficiencies.
