As part of this ambition to grow, we are looking for a WordPress Web Developer to join our team!

Your Role:

We are searching for a Senior Front-End Developer who is able to produce high-quality software by utilizing best practices and a mobile-first approach. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to convert designs from FIGMA to WordPress, proficiently implement HTML/CSS, create necessary ACF fields, and incorporate interactive elements using JavaScript, as well as conducting thorough testing prior to release. Furthermore, the candidate should possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with other teams, providing them with clear documentation for implementing new features.

You have enough experience to make pragmatic decisions while having a solid enough professional experience to think long term. You feel confident to teach and coach junior front-end developers.

Likewise, you will work both on existing projects and on building new projects from scratch. We value self-management, ownership and speed of delivery, you will join a cross-functional team and work hand in hand with a Visual & UI Designer, Product Manager and other developers. We are focused on integrating across many websites while keeping consistency, speed and respecting the SEO constraints. While we always look at the newest front-end technologies to see if they can be suited with our needs, we prone a pragmatic approach and business requirements guide our decisions in that respect.

Our team collaborates with Github , Asana , Slack and Figma .

Required skills/experience/mindset

• 4+ years of professional experience in markup and integration of designs into websites (writing HTML , CSS and Javascript ).
• 3+ years of professional experience on WordPress eco-system.
• 2+ years of professional working with PHP and with WordPress themes / plugins .
• Strong knowledge of fields management plugins like ACF, MetaBox, JetEngine, etc
• Strong focus on integration performance (resources, speed, sizes, etc).
• Awareness of UX and usability principles and progressive enhancement .
• Team player with a positive mindset, willing to find reliable solutions that fit the projects needs and their constraints.
• The ability to communicate in English .
• (Bonus) Experience with Node.js,npm,ES6, etc.
• (Bonus) Experience with testing (BrowserStack, GhostInspector).
• (Bonus) Experience working with modern stacks (Gulp, Babel, Webpack, etc.).
