A Seed Funded startup who are building an AI workforce to automate insurance workflows and unlock unprecedented efficiencies across the industry are looking for a Software Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing?

• Build the core AI Assistant product that automates complex insurance workflows like submission processing, policy comparison, and underwriting audits
• Develop high-performant backend systems that can handle enterprise-scale insurance operations
• Spearhead scalability efforts and optimize performance to meet growing demand
• Own a significant part of our backend stack while working directly with the founding team
• Continuously improve the product to meet evolving industry needs and challenges
• Shape the future of insurance technology by building AI agents that can reliably automate human tasks

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience building products from 0 to 1 stage
• Strong experience developing high-performant backend systems in Python
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
• Previous experience at a B2B SaaS company (bonus, not required)
