Job Overview
Midway is hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at a premier logistics facility in York, PA. As a General Labor Associate, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a full-time, entry-level role with long-term potential—no experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with inbound and outbound inventory
Maintain quality control standards and follow safety protocols
Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric – training provided)
Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, pushing, and pulling
Basic computer and scanner usage skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
